Requirements for this program:
- Applicant must have specific training and experience in the business of installation, monitoring, and/or servicing.
- Installed systems cannot be monitored by anyone other than the applicant.
- A customer contract limiting damages is required for security installation and monitoring.
- Locksmith services must be no more than 25% of total payroll.
- A $500 property damage deductible per claim is required.
- Vehicle alarms are ineligible for this program.
In addition to security system installation, servicing and repair, this insurance program can also cover low voltage wiring for entertainment systems (home theater, computer components, sound systems) and central vacuum systems.
